| Can you describe the overall set up
and operation ?

The bookings are held on a PC located at your site and managed by the BoMan
software, so you can take bookings locally and use all of the normal
functionality offered by BoMan running under Windows on your machine.

CSUK Solutions provide the internet engine that enables bookings to be priced
on the internet based on tariffs defined in BoMan and in conjunction with BoMan
operates an allocations buffering system to ensure you can satisfy
the internet bookings when they are accepted onto the local bookings
database.

BoMan allows you to define your tariffs so bookings can be priced according to
your charges and supports both touring and holiday home hire charges for static
vans, log cabins, cottages etc...

There are some additional set up screens to define characteristics like
permitted arrival days. This enables greater control of information
entered on the web screens when a customer is making a booking.

BoMan now allows you to easily create different sets of prices so you can
create different tariffs for the internet if you wish. You can also apply %
changes to selected chargeable items for a specified period. So you can reduce
your pitch fees on the internet for May by 5%, but retain the same prices
for bookings taken locally. (Not suggesting this is a good idea but it gives
you an idea of the control you have over prices)

Prices can be published to the CSUK Solutions pricing engine directly
from BoMan and refreshed whenever you choose.

BoMan and the CSUK Solutions Internet engine communicate frequently, within
minutes, to transfer internet bookings to local control and
refresh availability on the web.

You can list the bookings coming in from the internet on screen and
request that it automatically refreshes so you can just watch them arrive.

The web booking reference number is retained so you can link the now
locally held bookings to their origin on the web.

The CSUK Booking engine will automatically email a confirmation to the customer
quoting the web booking reference.
