The "FindBook" screen is a powerful search screen that allows you to list bookings according to specified criteria.

This example shows some of the criteria you can specify. You can list bookings arriving on a specific or range of dates with similar options for departures, booking activity and payment activity. So for example you can list all bookings taken yesterday or last week.

The list can be scrolled horizontally or vertically rather like a spreadsheet. It can be sequenced by a selected column and printed.
Templates can be created for both prints and screen lists.

You can choose from a list of "Quickies" which automatically fills in your search information for you.
 

In this example Tonights Site has been selected so anyone arriving Before the night of the 08/7/2011 and departs After 08/7/2011 will be on site tonight. Other Quickies options include Todays Arrivals, Todays Departures and many more.

Other Search Criteria can allso be used, Area and Plot, Booking Reference, any contact details like telephone number, email, LastName etc...
