The schedule shows bookings in chart format and is interactive so bookings can be moved between pitches and or arrival and departure dates changed. Bookings are automatically re-priced according to the new dates.

Pitches can be colour coded and columns expanded to show facility codes and descriptions to aid identification.

Arrival and departure markers (normally A or D or D/A for same day changeover) can be tagged to show additional operational information like "AG" for group bookings, "AA" for arrived and checked in, "L" for late departure, "G" for Gone (actually departed), "Ae" for internet booking.

One click on a booking highlights the booking and shows summary information about the booking. Highlighted bookings can then be moved.

Double click on a booking to view the full booking details.
